TNX for support! May9 as alternative to standard Maya UI and workflow have is learning curve, so keep it up.
For merge two configuration you need to operate at code level, but from version 1.5.1 I have categorized the hotkey and runtime command of May9 to make it easier and here you have a video tutorial:

Hi Davide,
May9 is great interface, and i think most of experienced maya users will love the minimalistic look.
Its still not very comfortable after 2 hours but i'll give it a try for a complete day.
I guess i need a clean way to add my hotkeys and not losing them when i update MAY9.. any suggestions?
