Guys!  You need to know how the Script Editor works as this script is written in Python...
If you know nothing and want to install this NSUV editor, here are the steps to follow:
    1. Copy the files as the installation instructions tell you.  Basically all Maya scripts are installed like this!
    2. Open the Script Editor by go through the menus: Windows -> General Editors -> Script Editor
    3. There are two types of script you can use: MEL and Python.  Choose Python by clicking the TAB marking as "Python" on the bottom half window.
    4. Type in the script command "import NSUV", it is a Python statement and will not execute or run by itself!
    5. Press the Execute Button (Top Menu with a Blue Triangle icon) to run the script.
    6. Read the pop-up menu and press the create "shelf button" to get an extra button on the tool bar so that you can use it in the future.

Not the script editor window... the PYTHON TAB at the bottom of the UI
