Hi im a student in Canada learning 3D Modelling and animation. I'm just starting out and need ultimate ball ultimate pendulum and ultimate tail for school projects. i didnt have any difficulty downloading the rigs but when i tried to import the rigs to Maya 2018 Maya would not recognize the download and won't import it for use . Sadly I am also unfamiliar with Microsoft computers . Am I not doing something I should be. Is there something I dont know about that i need to do before i can use these rigs with Maya. Or has Maya made changes in the 2018 program that prevents these rigs from being used sincerly confused and frustrated Lyle Bowman
