2012 install Success! But 2013 not yet

I still get an error in 2013 that it does not load. Followed the manual but still something not running. Since in the 2012 version you have to install the Python 2.6.6 first and then the 4.9.1 pach and transfer the files in the maya directory. Question: whitch Python 4 version should i install? The 4.9.1 for maya, the 4.9.91 exe, or is there another
meathod? I use WIN 7 64 bit maya 2013

when you say "Python 4" do you really mean PyQt4? The pdf does say exactly which versions work correctly and where to find them.
