A good application to tweak an EDL or work out where a piece of video goes in the timeline.
NTSC or PAL: Toggle between either 24 or 30 frames per second.
Save Last FPS: Saves last FPS to the registry for the next time the program is loaded.
Total Frame Count: The result is displayed as a frame count as well as H:M:S:f
Overloaded Input: Enter any number as the count for any of the inputs - they will be calculated and sorted into the result.
