,, it's because this script still uses Pyside ,, But Maya 2017 & later use PySide2 ,, the developper should update the plugin ,, that if he is still developping this .
I am sure this error is fixed now. But if they are not - check out my thesis help services and use them to deal with this problem. It's quite handy, you will save a lot of time.
