you have two files : one of them is script named "SanctusMatchCamera.py", put it in scripts folder. another - "cameraFinderNodes.py" is plugin. put it in plug-ins folder.

Yeah. Both files are in the correct places. In my case: /Users/Shared/Autodesk/maya/scripts/SanctusMatchCamera.py /Users/Shared/Autodesk/maya/plug-ins/cameraFinderNodes.py

On Mac OS X, the default locations are: /Applications/Autodesk/maya2013/Maya.app/Contents/MacOS/plug-ins and /Users/Shared/Autodesk/maya/2013 Maya will check both of these locations for valid plug-ins. And for script try to use: ~/Library/Preferences/Autodesk/maya//scripts

Thank you very much Alex, well done, now it's working )) once more about directories, i used for plugin: /Applications/Autodesk/maya2013/Maya.app/Contents/MacOS/plug-ins script: /Users/YourName/Library/Preferences/Autodesk/maya/scripts /Library/ is hidden folder, you should to make it visible
