ShapeBrush interface problem

Thank you very much for this wonderful plugin. It sure makes elbow deformation a lot easier. But i'm having problem with the display on the attribute editor. After loading the script, with the brush selected from the shapeBrush window, nothing appears (shape interface) in the tools window close to the channelbox and attribute editor where the mesh can be loaded as shown in the tutorial.
pls how do i get this interface?
