This script is so useful, I love it. It doesn't do much, but the one task is very useful. With this script running, working on textures is much more efficient and effortless because whenever you update your work in Photoshop, just go to Maya to see what it looks like and the changes are there. No button or hotkey for reloading textures, just have this script running while you work side-by-side with Maya and Photoshop. It doesn't seem like much, but not having to waste time hunting down the reload button means you can check the model after every brushstroke.
(Incidentally, Windows is the only platform listed, but I'm on a Mac and the script works great.)
