Copy "userSetup" to C:\Users\<your name>\Documents\maya\2011\prefs
Copy the folder "sterlope" to C:\Users\Sterlope\Documents\maya\2011\prefs\scripts
That should pop out a new menu named "sterlope" on maya's menu bar when you run Maya.
If it doesn't, use the following code in your "MEL script window" copy and paste the below code in MEL window, select and press numpad "ENTER"
