First off many thanks for making this available to us. I played around with it a bit and find the script very nice so far. I usually build my AFR-inspired rigs manually, but could get used to this. :)
I know its not a big deal to go in and change yourself after the fact, but I think including the option to either make the clavicle stretchy-ik, as you currently have, or rotational-FK as an alternative would be very sweet. Personally, I actually do prefer rotational-FK with freedom on all 3 axes with the scaling via translateX option.
