The Skin Weights Exporter/Importer Works Great!! The test was done in Maya 2016 SP6.
I did not tested the other options but can comfirm this runs incredible fast as it exports xml files without the need of a proper UV Mapping on the mesh.
This was added nativelly to Maya 2016 but for all the mortals using old versions this is a great way to go!
