Maya Material Palette v 1.0 will help you to organize the scene materials even better by offering an extra palette where you can create your own material lists.
Functions
- Get materials from objects or directly from Hypershade window
- Set colors to the each item on the list for easy viewing
- Assign the materials on the list to any selected objects or faces.
To install
- Download the .py file.
- Open Maya script editor. File>New to create a Python tab.
- Paste the script and add the script by file>add the script to the shelf.
