I wrote it during my final year student film. Very useful during setup / rig steps.
1) Create Texts or Curves.
2) Select them and launch one of the scripts.
Both scripts merge curves but "groupTextUnderTransform" uses text content to name transform node. Scripts can be added in shelf with icon files provided.
