0.9.4 - added toggle for trans/rotate buttons - works on selected in list box only.

0.9.6 - changed the way rotations work, seems to be more stable for fk chains. i have plans for what to do next to get it to work even better, so that will get implemented for the next version. for now, if you're using this on FK, its best to turn off translations.
also changed the icons to xpm so they will work in linux. i know the buttons get compressed in linux, so that will be a fix coming soon too..
