leif3d, Thanks for reporting this. When you run the LightMan script, it adds an attribute to all of the lights in your scene called 'Light Grouping'. You can change this attribute in either the Channel Box or the Attribute Editor. By default, lights are added into the 'Independent Lights' group. You can group lights however you want in the outliner, but the LightMan script uses this 'Light Grouping' attribute when you update your lights using the script. The second screenshot for the script shows where the attribute is located when you select a light. Let me know if you have any other questions, enjoy the script! tabbott87 P.S.
