I'll add it in, in the next version - which i should have done in the next week or two. The only problem with adding in H.264 is that it's OS and Version specific. For instance, Maya 2011 (32 bit) on windows has the H.264 Codec, while the 2011 64 bit does not and the Maya 2011 on OSX does have it (as does 2010 on OSX). It is going to require some fiddling to get it altogether, but it'll get in there.
