Hi,
I've a character that already has the skeleton and skinnig, is possible use RRM to rig it without lose theweight?

    If the joint names are the same, you can save out the skin weights (as long as the UV's are laid out on your model). Alternatively, you can attempt to rig the same mesh with RRM and then reference your old file into the scene with the RRM rig and try to use the Copy Skin Weights option. -Dustin
