Hey there, this is a fairly straight forward tool for quickly creating a planar terrain from a displacement map, or any greyscale jpg really.
It is very useful if you are trying to get something out quick, just google a terrain displacement jpeg or paint one yourself and use that for very fast and easy terrains.
The included reduction algorithm is pretty basic, just select your terrain object and run it. The higher the number the greater the reduction, depending on how your peramiters when creating the terrain, it might look buggy with higher reduction.
It currently ONLY ACCEPTS JPEGS, any other file type will probably not work properly.
As always, let me know of any additions you would like to see or any issues you encounter.
