Fixed a nasty little bug where the heel twist attribute would not reset properly when the auto-rigging process was adding the foot roll attributes. Foot will not shift during rigging now.

Added a feature (as an option) for leg and arm rigging:  you now have the option of having the pole vectors for arms and legs positioned for you. This guarantees that the joints will not shift when the IK handle is constrained to the pole vector.  Position the pole vector as you would normally and the new position will be roughly in the same area but on the plane of the IK rotation plane.
