When play with particle instance, the source node
that will be used to replace particles is surposed
to have a centered pivot for most cases. And if
the translate XYZ is set to 0, the node should be
at the origin of the space. Or you will get an offset
instance. Usually, there will be 3 steps to fix that.
First, center the source node's pivot. Then, move the
node to the origin and freeze transform. Finally, move
it back to its original position.
ZeroOffset.mel will do this for you.
