There was one for Maya 4x but was never updated for later versions.

Few suggestion:
The export function is a great addition still in needs a txt file to write to. It should allow to name a file and save it. Also if it can add to an existing file it would be great. i.e. if I have notes from other files it should add the notes at the end with the title of the Maya file.
Remove Notes button should be some where else as it can be clicked accidentally. Best if its at the bottom of the window.
