it will set a reminder that opens up in a window everytime a scene is opened. The reminder is tagged with the username of the person who set it.
Its great for leaving messages for other users in a multi artist/user studio, who often have to work on one another's scenes. But it can also be used to set reminders to one's self if you're one of those unforunate few who happen to be mnemonically challenged. :)
