tolerence, distance to move from, just like regular merge, too high it goes kaboom!
if you select just 2 UV's and hit "getDist" it tells you how close to eachother they are
i was asked by artists to make this, mostly used when you have a mirrored geometry where you have to super-impose UV's to save time, you partially place it (as close as you can by hand) and run the tool, instant joy!
