Toon Limbs

Hello! I was a big fan of your toon arm and leg options on Rapid Rig: Advanced, but I don't see the option in this procedural rigging setup. I would love to have that option again if that'd be possible. Thank you!

Hi Alexandra, When setting up your proxies, you want to set the number of roll joints to have your toon arms and legs. They are called roll joints in this version because they work slightly different, and you can control the number. To turn on the controls for both the arms and legs, you need to select the SwitchC (the one that looks like an arrow near the wrist or ankle) and turn on the Macro/Micro attributes in the channel box. Hope that makes sense :) Dustin

The defaults for the biped do not have roll joints, but you can use the "Edit Modules" in the first main tab to go in and change the number of roll joints you want to your proxies. Each module type has its own section.

hello. sorry for posting here but the bug tab is not available to send report, i dont know why. when i try to add some leg roll joints. i got this error ---> Error: Cannot convert data of type string[] to type string. // and it freeze at %70 when i try to generate rig. This problem only occurs only when i try to add some roll joints to leg. i hope im not using it wrong. waiting for your respond. thank you..

My apologies, that was a bug I caused when cleaning up some other code. If you download Version 1.0.2, it will have a fix for this. Thanks for your patience, this is a very new product so there are a few kinks that will start surfacing, but I will try to fix them as quickly as possible :)

Oh, I see where the macro and micro curves for the legs are located now, but are they there for the arms as well?

I used the preset for the bi-ped to start off with and then re-created the legs. So is the preset just the standard and not have roll joints? The SwitchC for my arms didn't have the macro and micro visibility attributes until I re-created them manually under the 'Create Modules' tab. Just wondering for future reference. I've already updated my arms with the roll joints without any problems. Thanks!
