Follow FK on Spline Not Working Correctly

So, new issue I just ran into.  I've been using your IK Spline system as tentacles.  Works great, but now I'm noticing that when I turn on Follow FK, the entire joint chain twists.

I'll post a link to a  file to show what I mean.

What's strange is that the spline i'm using as the character's spine doesn't seem to have this same error.

Any thoughts?

    Sorry about this. I moved recently and have been getting all set up again. This fell off my radar so apologies. I think I have a fix which I am currently testing. I will hopefully have a version update today or tomorrow. Again, my apologies for taking so long on this one. Dustin
